The Compliance Team is responsible for making sure that the company follows all regulations on the market the best way possible, with the best customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will be responsible for being up to date with the payments market regulations, such as Central Bank, PIX and others. Review the company's internal operations and assist the leadership create the process to make sure that the company is compliant. Your focus will be to find the best way to conciliate the regulation with the best customer experience.
  • You will be responsible for developing regulatory compliance controls.
  • You will work as a business partner to provide regulatory support (Central Bank rules, LGPD and other) for the development of new products and services.
  • We expect you to raise our operation standards and come up with new ideas for improvements, implementing new controls and business rules, alongside an excellent team of analysts and engineers.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Intermediary English communication
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Fast learning
  • Love for technology
  • Desirable knowledge about payment institutions and related regulations

We are not expecting candidates to have expertise across all of these areas. We will gladly help you bridge the gaps.
